Where are your mirrors made?
We are usually able to prepare and ship mirrors within 10 working days, however plan to bring in next day delivery in the future so watch this space.
What if my mirror does not look right in my home?
We accept that occasionally a customer will order a mirror in the belief it will fit-in to their existing décor, only to find that it doesn’t or is much bigger than they realised!. In these circumstances we will accept the mirror back (providing it is undamaged and returned in its original packaging) and we will supply a more suitable alternative or a refund (less any carriage costs incurred)
How much do you charge delivery?
We offer free delivery to anywhere in Mainland UK on all orders over £50, unfortunately non standard or other delivery destinations such as Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, IOW etc will be subject to a delivery surcharge please ask for further details.
What happens in my mirror arrives damaged?
Even with our exceptional packaging, it is always possible for a mirror to be damaged en-route. In such cases on receipt of the returned mirror, we will supply a replacement mirror at no cost to you. Please contact our customer service department via email customerservice@mirrors4home.co.uk
Can you make me a mirror in a style that is not shown in the website?
Unfortunately we can only offer the mirrors shown on our website however why not visit our sister website www.mirrorsworld.co.uk who offer a much wider choice at competitive prices.
Can you make a mirror to my own specification?
Our sister website www.mirrorworld.co.uk can offer a bespoke mirror service were you can choose a suitable style and size to meet your requirements.
